Shane has been prompt and professional in assisting the College in our recovery from damage sustained during Cyclone Damien, ensuring that all works are carried out as quickly as possible, without further disruption to the school operations.

Shane and Lou were able to perform initial safety inspections extremely quickly after the cyclone passed and map out a plan for rectification. The quality of all work has been without fault, and I would not hesitate to recommend Intent Building Contracting most highly.

I engaged Intent Building Contracting as the builder and project manager of a full house renovation in Karratha. For much of the renovation project, I was actually out of town for work reasons, so I was very reliant on the skills and integrity of Intent Building. I am happy to say the renovation project was a success from start to finish.

As well has high building standards, the company managed by Shane Langley has delivered the project on time and within budget. All variations were extremely fair and fully communicated and I never felt my absence from site, was a disadvantage during the process. In some areas I increased the scope and the additional work was again fairly priced and completed to a high standard. Daily progress photos and video calls helped to keep me fully informed and supported in making the right decisions, which further added value during the project.

At the completion of the job, the house value was estimated to indicate a significant value increase, easily exceeding the value of the renovation investment. Some of the renovation feedback included – “simply stunning”, “gorgeous” and “show home quality!”
